Honestly can't fault Billy, turned up quickly to unblock a downpipe which was causing damp inside my house and then followed up with replacing the whole lot. Billy came out to a blocked drain at my house within the hour. Billy cleared the blockage, explained the issue and the cause, showing me images through the drain camera and what we need to do next to resolve long term. Great service. Our outside drain had been broken into and blocked by tree roots and needed replacing. In just a few hours the roots were removed, the drains were replaced and the whole area was left much tidier and easier to maintain. Billy explained everything before, during and after so that I knew what was being done and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Northwest Drainage 24/7. Can’t recommend enough don’t go anywhere else billy came out to me straight away when the first company I called couldn’t. Came and got to the bottom of the problem went out of his way to help. Had a previous drains company come out and do half a job and told me lies about the issue but billy came done the full job and put in the time and effort top bloke amazing company.
