Terms & Conditions – Northwest Drainage 24/7 Ltd
Last updated: 03 February 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to drainage services provided by Northwest Drainage 24/7 Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“customer”, “you”, “your”). By booking work with us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services we provide

We provide drainage services including (but not limited to) drain unblocking, toilet unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, drain repairs & relining, and residential/commercial drain installation (“Services”).

2) Quotes and pricing

  • Any quote provided is based on the information available at the time (including what you tell us) and may change if site conditions differ.

  • If we discover additional issues (e.g., collapsed pipework, access restrictions, shared drains), we will explain the options and any revised cost before proceeding where reasonably possible.

  • Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 7 days.

3) Call-outs, appointments, and access

  • You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the affected area (including manholes/inspection chambers where relevant).

  • If we cannot access the location or carry out the work due to factors outside our control (e.g., locked gates, unsafe conditions, blocked access), a call-out fee may still apply.

  • If you are in a managed property or the drain is shared, you must have authority to request work and grant access.

4) Emergency and 24/7 attendance

We aim to respond quickly to urgent issues, but attendance times may vary due to workload, traffic, weather, and the nature of the job. Any estimated arrival time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

5) Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if we attend and cannot carry out the work due to lack of access/authority, a fee may apply.

6) Payments

  • Payment terms are due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We accept cash / bank transfer / card.

  • If payment is overdue, we may charge reasonable recovery costs and statutory interest where applicable.

7) Workmanship and limitations

  • We will carry out Services with reasonable care and skill.

  • Drainage work can involve hidden defects; we cannot guarantee outcomes where underlying issues exist (e.g., collapsed drains, severe root ingress, incorrect pipe gradients, or structural defects).

  • Where we recommend a CCTV survey or further works, it is to help identify root causes and reduce repeat issues.

8) Damage and reinstatement

  • We take reasonable care to minimise disruption.

  • If excavation or removal of fixtures/finishes is required (e.g., paving, concrete, landscaping), we will discuss this with you beforehand where possible.

  • Unless specifically included in writing, reinstatement of decorative finishes (e.g., special paving patterns, turfing, painting) may not be included.

9) Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information about the issue and property access;

  • ensure the work area is safe and clear where reasonably possible;

  • disclose any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, fragile structures, contaminated flooding);

  • obtain any necessary permissions (landlord/freeholder/building management) before works.

10) Photos, video, and CCTV footage

We may take photos/video/CCTV footage for diagnostic purposes, job records, quality control, and evidence of completed work. We will not publish identifiable customer information without permission.

11) Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

  • Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, loss of business).

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided, except where the law says otherwise.

12) Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected] with details. We aim to respond within 7 working days and resolve issues promptly.
